my mother and her husband are in their 80's. their beloved dog, beau, a full size standard poodle, passed on earlier this year. he was like an english butler in demeanor. :o)
in the mail this week was an announcement. they adopted little girlies .. sisters from the same litter. full size standard poodles, apricot color. they're 10 weeks old. my mother is 81 and her husband is 86. insanity. hahahaaa.
Oh my goodness Jane! Insanity without question! How in the world are they going to cope???? My dad is 82 and he thought he would love to have a puppy.....that is until he met ours! :) Our little Brody has stressed me beyond belief and reduced me to tears on so many occasions! I realized that as I have grown older my patience is not what it use to be! He is 13 weeks old and finally maturing a bit. I noticed the other day that I am not as uptight as I was a few weeks ago! lol! God Bless Your Mom and her Husband!
I have been happily married for 34 years to a great guy! We have a wonderful son & daughter-in-law & are blessed with two precious & energetic grandsons! These two little boys bring so much joy to my life...... after the Lord of course! :)
