The dough was a little tricky to work with and I tried really hard not to panic as the clock ticked closer and closer to our meeting time. After much fumbling, into the oven they went!
I cooked them for the maximum time called for and was disappointed that they came out a little over done. I really should have pulled them out about 5 minutes sooner.
I plated them anyway and drizzled a little powdered sugar frosting on the top. They looked so pretty and everyone enjoyed them. The next day they tasted even better and the flavors were more intense!
